It showed up right around when they said it would, maybe within a day or so. No real issues with the delivery, and everything went smoothly.

I bought a couch from Belffin it looked really nice when it first showed up. The weird part is, it kind of seems like it should be pet-friendly just based on the look and feel, but that hasn’t really been my experience.

My dog’s hair sticks to the fabric way more than I expected, so I feel like I’m constantly trying to clean it. Then my cat managed to leave a few small marks quickly, which was frustrating because the couch was still new.
If you don’t have pets, it might be totally fine. But for a home with a dog or cat, I wish the site had been a little clearer about how the fabric holds up. I probably wouldn’t recommend it to other pet owners.

Got my Belffin sofa last week the instructions were easier to follow than I expected. I’m not super handy, but I had it put together in about an hour. The pictures made a big difference, and all the parts were labeled correctly, which saved me a lot of guessing. I only had to redo one piece because I rushed through it, lol. Overall, I’m really happy with the sofa and the setup wasn’t stressful at all. Just hoping the company comes through with the compensation they mentioned.

I mean, it looks nice at first, but the cushions went flat way quicker than I expected. So yeah, it’s okay visually, but it just doesn’t feel very sturdy or high quality...

It looked totally fine at first, so I tried to be patient and give it some time, even though I was already a little unsure. But after a few months of normal use, the cushions went flat and the seams started pulling apart. it’s frustrating when you feel like you have to “wait and see” just to end up disappointed anyway. Definitely not what I was hoping for long term.

The return was accepted, so that part was fine... but the communication was slow. I had to wait longer than expected for replies, and the refund took a bit more time than I would’ve liked. It worked out in the end — just wish the process had been quicker.

The website is clean and the sofas look modern. I liked some of the colors and layouts, but uh, a few of the designs felt a little too bulky for my taste. Overall it’s not bad at all, it just didn’t completely wow me

I thought this couch would be a lot easier to rearrange, but the pieces ended up feeling limited. Moving the sections around was more of a hassle than I expected, and I’m a little suspicious of how “modular” it’s really supposed to be. It works fine as a couch, but if you’re buying it mainly for flexibility, I’d be careful

I was ready to be annoyed because the box had some scuffs on it... but then I realized it got here way quicker than I thought, so I can't really complain. Everything inside was fine, so overall I'm happy with it.

I’ll be fair, the product might work fine once it’s set up, but the config options were confusing for me. I couldn’t get things arranged the way I wanted, and the setup process felt more frustrating than it should have.

The fabric feels soft enough and it’s not uncomfortable or anything, but it’s a bit thinner than I thought it would be. Maybe it’s meant to be more of a lightweight material, I’m not really sure. Overall, it’s not bad, just kind of okay

To be fair, my order arrived fine and nothing was missing, which I definitely appreciate. The box was dented though, and the tape job looked a little messy, so I was kind of surprised by the packaging. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected it to be packed a bit better.

Like, why make it so unclear?? It ended up taking a lot longer than I expected. It looks fine now that it’s done, but the setup was definitely not fun.

Overall, I’m happy with my Belffin couch. It looks the way it did in the pictures, which was a relief, and it’s been comfy so far. The only downside was the shipping, it took a few days longer than I thought it would, and the tracking updates were kind of vague... but customer service did get back to me when I reached out. For the price, I feel like it was worth it. I’d probably order from them again..

I had a problem with one of the recliner parts after a few months, so I reached out to Belffin with some photos and my order info. They didn’t get back to me right away, it took about two days, which was a little frustrating.

Once they did reply though, they were helpful and sent out the replacement under warranty without charging me anything extra. It fixed the issue, so I’m happy overall. I’d probably give 5 stars if the first response had been quicker, but it still felt like a fair experience.

I’m actually really happy with these seats. They’ve got that nice firm feel without being too hard, and they still stay comfortable even after sitting for a while. Supportive but not stiff, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

Overall, I had a good experience with their support, just not a perfect one because the wait at the beginning was a little annoying. That’s why I’d give it 4 stars.
